I appreciated staff and location, they were great.

I liked it. The staff were both polite and courteous.

This hotel was wonderful and clean, had perfect location and staff. The room was cleaned and available with balcony.

The bed was too soft.

Lots of food for breakfast including croissants, bacon, eggs and fruit. Stunning location, a few steps away from Carmo Archaeological Museum...

Came in Lisbon to relax and have fun, this boutique hotel was perfect base for doing it. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with balcony.

I had an extremely pleasant room in this exceptionally clean hotel. The breakfast was freshly cooked, I loved plenty of food they served. Its location was central, walking distance to Figueira Square. Positioned in the safe area.

Central location next to all the cafes restaurants and shops and Sintra and metro, taxi and buses, it was in a secure area. Also, it was a short walk to a large square.

Well, it was a perfectly pleasant stay in a very well located area. Variety of food at the breakfast, including fruit, croissants, eggs and bacon.

I spent 1 night here and I enjoyed that. The hotel was delightful, location was ideal next to a subway station, absolutely excellent breakfast.

Everything was perfect including staff and location. The room was well-equipped with exceptionally comfortable beds.

It's a stunningly beautiful hotel with lovely gardens and functional rooms.

staff was exceptionally kind, breakfast was hot with tea, coffee, cereals and eggs. it had a terrific restaurant. neat hotel, courteous service.

The hotel was traditional and boutique, and the staff were really kind, loved the picturesque location really close to train, the metro Restauradores and the center. They gave us a standard queen room with balcony and nice view, for example.

I stayed in this beautifully kept hotel for 1 day, had very nice experience, loved its unbeatable location just off train station as well as the train to Sintra. Extra beds etc were additionally provided.

Accommodation was great-sized and gentle, beds were good. Room had a luxurious bathroom and complimentary wireless internet, air conditioner and satellite television. Overall the service was impeccable.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating, room was amazing. Had freshly prepared breakfasts is served by the staff providing the items. Got wake up calls for free, didn't expect that. Moreover, it had parking nearby. Truly enjoyed Lisbon, the hotel was sublime.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

Luxury room, spectacular location. The view from my room was lovely. Staff and people generally were obliging. The pool was great and the garden — green. Moreover, it was easy to park nearby. Very convenient because of a metro station located steps away from the hotel.

Sweet hotel with extremely gracious staff, I greatly enjoyed ABSOLUTELY PERFECT location. The room was really special and well-stocked, the bed was really big. Had delicious breakfast, served for $ 11 per person.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad, and the bathroom was very small.

Fantastic rooms, very competent staff, best possible location. The room we had included free WiFi, satellite TV and climate control. Pool was good and there was an amazing restaurant on site.

It was perfect 10/10 2 days, would definitely return here. Such amazing tastefully decorated rooms. They had an early check-in too. There were fast internet and paid parking available.

The room was huge and great quality, the hotel was very tidy. In my case they offered Wheelchair Accessible room and that was great. The service provided there was perfect! Besides, it had strong internet, handy to surf the net.

Worth its 3 stars. Perfect location, CHARMING environment. Only 15 min walk to downtown. Really enjoyed that this hotel was just walking distance from Restauradores subway station. We liked the room because of terrace.

We were travelling to Lisbon for a short stay. The venue is placed in a central position:)))

Unfortunately, the street was noisy. The room was very noisy.

One could dine at restaurants such as Cervejaria Ramiro 20 minutes away. If you want to explore belem tower, choose this place.

The hotel’s near to chiado, also we could easily access avenida da liberdade. Nice beds in the rooms❤
